Terrell Murphy brings over 25 years of experience outside the four walls of the church, touching several communities in the Charlotte Metro area through efforts within homeless shelters; detention centers; elementary, middle, high schools and colleges; corporations; churches; community collaborations for family services.
I'm only on chapter 2. Ive been following this man of God for almost 2 months now, he is my spiritual father. He is a true blessing and has a heart that spreads love and only wants to guide you towards Kingdom living. This book is guidance on properly raising and loving your children. Teaching them to follow the ways of God, and be equipped to share Gods words in hopes to draw others in and build as brothers and sisters in Christ.
An Arrow in the Hand' is a wonderful book and guide for raising and influencing children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and/or any child in your life. In this book, Apostle Terrell Murphy lays out sound, practical biblical principles for training children in the way they should go and releasing them as mature adults (and change agents), equipped to influence others in the ways of God's Kingdom - - wherever they go. Regardless of the age, if there's a child in your life this is a must read for you!! You'll be glad you did and blessed by doing so!!
I truly wish that this book would have been written during the time my children were young and growing up. However, I find that it's never to late to relaunch the arrow. I love the fact that the information in the book can still be spoken over their adult lives. It is also an equipping tool that I will use for my grandchildren who will definitely impact their generation and generations to come. I bought a copy for my daughter as well. Excellent book!!!
If I had this 17 years ago I’m sure my daughter would’ve went through half of the things we went through. I have it now and it’s never to late to send your (ARROW) in the right direction. This is a great book for any mother, mother to be, or any one planing on ever having or guiding a child in the right direction. Awesome book!
